Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment

A deposit of 50% per person must be received on confirmation of the booking. Full pre-payment is required one month in advance. This is the minimum number you will be charged regardless of final numbers.
Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if full if pre-payment is not received one month prior to the event.

Booking

A provisional booking will be held for 14 days at which time a deposit of 50% is required.
If the event falls within 14 days from the time of booking, payment in full is required within 48 hours of the booking being made, otherwise, the booking shall be released without notice.

General

The hotel reserves the right to alter any dates or services within this brochure without prior notice.
The hotel cannot pre-allocate tables prior to the event or guarantee seating plans in advance.
Smaller parties may have to share with other parties. Minimum numbers of 6 guests per party.
Guests are advised that arrival drinks are served at 7pm and dinner is served at 8pm sharp.
All bookings are subject to government guidelines.
