Conference and Banqueting Waiting Staff

The Person:

We are looking to recruit a bubbly, friendly, smiling individual who is passionate about people and providing superb guest service to work in our Conference and Banqueting Department.

The successful candidate:

  • Must have previous experience in a hotel in 4 / 5 star hotel in Conference and Banqueting.
  • Must have excellent customer care skills.
  • Must have knowledge of drinks / menus and service techniques.
  • Must have excellent customer care skills.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Conference service and set up.
  • Must have experience of large scale Banqueting service.
  • Must be willing to work shift work, mornings and evenings.
  • Must be experienced in meetings and events daily operations.
  • Must be knowledgeable of large conference set up, meeting set up and events.

Chef De Partie

The Person:

We are looking to recruit a friendly, dedicated individual, with attention to detail, who is passionate about food and providing excellent food in bar and restaurant.

The successful candidate:

  • Must have previous experience in Bar, Banqueting and Restaurant preparation.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong team player.
  • Knowledgeable with food styles and menus in a la carte preparation and presentation.
  • Must have full knowledge of HACCP regulations and ensure this is maintained each day.
  • Must have previous 4 / 5 star hotel food preparation experience.
  • Must have excellent standards in food production, presentation and taste.
  • Must be capable to assist junior commi chefs.
  • Must ensure all food for bar is prepared and served to hotel standards at all times.
  • All candidates must be available to work both early morning and evening shifts.

Hotel Receptionist

Reports to: Reception Manager

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Have previous receptionist experience, ideally in a 4/5 star large hotel.
  • Have knowledge of reception and reservations systems.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Have excellent IT skills.
  • Have previous experience with Fidelio/Opera.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times.
  • To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements.
  • Deal with day-to-day front office operations at Reception.
  • Deal with check-in and check-out of guests at Reception.
  • Deal with guest queries.
  • Process payment for guests bills on check-out.
  • Carry out wake up calls.
  • Organise check-in for large tours and groups with room allocations.
  • Take reservation calls when required.
  • Ensure all large company postings are accurate on the company accounts.
  • Deal with group bookings and room allocations.
